Returns and Exchange Policy

At NORTwood, we want to ensure our customers have a smooth online shopping experience for each order they place from our website. Whether you ordered too much, spotted defects or manufacturing issues, or changed your mind, you can return items in re-sellable condition for a complete refund.

We want you to have the best purchasing experience possible, and that is why we offer a stress-free Returns and Exchange policy.

Please note all exchanges and returns must be made within 15 days of the original purchase, and each must arrive with the original invoice. All parts should be in their original condition and include a handling fee to be valid.

Our Process

To start the exchange or return process, please email us your request at info@nortwood.com. We will send over a Return and Exchange form for you to complete on receipt. Please attach the form to the return shipment box before shipping.

On receipt, your complaint and products will be evaluated, and if your claim is deemed valid, you will receive a refund (minus the delivery charges) or replacements in a few days.

Please note that items bought in our store can only be returned through the store and not online. Please save your receipt for quick and efficient processing and return all composite wall cladding and siding products, including parts, printed literature, and accessories.

Use the shipping method of your choice to send the items to our facility. We will email you a confirmation once we receive and evaluate your return.

Please note that we do not accept returns for:

  • Products purchased in clearance sales.
  • Products received more than a year ago.
  • Products designated as non-returnable.
  • Products that are not listed on the return form.
